Cold War Citizen

Any one born in the United States of America of any line(male or female) with any root in any part of the former Soviet Union or the present day Russia, is said to be a Russian citizen by law in the United States of America, thus even though I was born in the United States of America, with just the traceable root of my father being a Romanov and my mother, Afro-Indian, I’m called or referred to as a Russian citizen.
